Site Analysis: Our team conducts an in-depth analysis of your space.
Design Development: We’ll present the first design drafts with floor plans and color schemes.
3D Visualization: See your future space with realistic 3D renderings to ensure we meet your expectations.
Design Revisions: Share feedback, and we’ll make necessary adjustments.
Payment: 30% payment upon design approval to proceed with material selection and procurement.
Procurement & Material Selection
Timeframe: 10-14 Days
Material Selection: Choose from a wide variety of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Finalizing Orders: We place orders for the chosen materials and products.
Payment: 40% payment due after material selection to confirm your order and begin construction.
Construction & Craftsmanship
Timeframe: 30-45 Days
Building Your Dream Space: Our skilled craftsmen begin working on-site, ensuring attention to detail and quality at every step.
Quality Control: We conduct regular checks to ensure everything is on track and up to our high standards.
Progress Updates: Stay updated with regular progress reports and photos.
Payment: 15% payment when the construction is midway to cover ongoing work.
Installation & Final Walkthrough
Timeframe: 7-10 Days
Installation: Our team installs the design elements, furniture, and finishes, ensuring a perfect fit.
Final Touches: Once everything is in place, we complete any final adjustments.
Walkthrough: We walk through the space together to ensure everything is perfect and up to your expectations.
Project Handover: Once you’re satisfied, we officially hand over the space to you.
Payment: 5% final payment after the walkthrough to complete the project.
